Missing recent results

  • A link to setup your account will be sent as soon as your images are available.
  • The entry in your account will advise the date and time the report will be available to you. Please see your referring doctor before viewing the report online, they will have the report already.


The exact delay for receiving online access to your images and reports depends on the radiology site you went to. Some clinics do not offer online report access.


Missing older results

Are you sure the scan was taken at the same clinic?


Scans taken some time ago may not be available anymore, especially if the clinic wasn't doing business with Scanaptics at the time.


For enquiries about older results it would be best to visit the clinic's website and contact them directly.
